Drywall!

We had our pre-drywall meeting this past Monday.  Everything went smoothly.  There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and most of them have been fixed. Today was the second day for drywall and they started our siding today as well.  Our front porch has been poured also!  Here are a few pictures that we took today. We are allowed to lock our rate now.  Rates were better yesterday than today....so I guess we will be making our daily calls to NVR to check on the rates! We would have locked yesterday but we didn't know that you had to lock between certain hours of the day and by the time we were told we could lock it was too late....

    Nice! What color siding is that?

    Good luck on your rate lock :) We're close to the time we can lock and I'm sooo not looking forward to playing rate roulette. Best advice I can give (after refinancing current place last year) is to lock when you feel good about it then pay no attention to the rates after that...

    Thanks for the advice! I feel like I'm on pins and needles everyday waiting to hear what the rates are! But you are absolutely right we can't look back and regret anything or keep checking out the rates!
