HVAC, Plumbing and Electical

The trades have been busy over the past few days installing out lights, plumbing and heating/air condition!  They also installed our fireplace, and our shower base was installed today.  We aren't thrilled that they installed our electrical box on the outside of our garage....  But anyway, it was cool to see how everything is run throughout the house.  Here are some pics from this evening!

Wow!  Lots of progress!  Today they put the shingles on the roof and poured the basement/garage!  It looks great!  Yesterday they put the trim work around the bay window.  HVAC is coming this week and the insulation will be completed as well.  I believe the plumbers and electricians will start either Friday or beginning of next week!   Here's some pictures that we took!

Framing Day 5

Today the framers worked on finishing up the second floor as well as putting up the trusses!  As we were leaving this afternoon they were putting up sheathing over the trusses! The windows were also installed in the bay window! My husband walked through the house last night and grabbed some pics.  The workers were there until 8pm tonight so hopefully we can walk through tomorrow to see what else has been accomplished.  Next week they are going to do shingles, pour the basement and HVAC, etc will also be doing their thing!

Framing Day 4

We have windows!!!  Drove by the house today and saw that they had installed all of the windows (with the exception of the bay window in the dining room)!  They were also putting up the insulation!  Maybe tomorrow they will have started the trusses!  We will have to wait and see!

Framing Day 3

Wow!  The framers are really on a roll!  They were framing the second floor today!  It was so cool to see the steps going upstairs!  Luckily the storms we were supposed to get have held off so they were able to work the entire day!  Here are some pictures!

Framing has begun!!!

Framing started yesterday! We really saw progress today!  The first floor looked like it was almost framed!  Here are some pics! I wonder how much will be done tomorrow?

Wood Arrived!!!

Our wood arrived today!  It was supposed to arrive last Friday but it didn't due to the Easter holiday.  Our PM called today to give us a timeline for the next 2 weeks!  Framing is starting on Monday and within 7 days we will be under roof!  Then HVAC and the trades will arrive after that to do their thing!  This are moving along again! Hubby noticed some broken pieces of wood but PM is already on it! Here are a few pictures that we took today.
