  1. Nice Selections.

We also have the Santa Cecilia.

You should have L about upgrading to a seamless shower? Have you seen mine? It's my favorite thing in my home.

    Good add ons too....

Did you get the brick fireplace, I think that would look awesome with your choice of exteriors..

  2. We didn't get the seamless shower but did take your advice to swap out the soap dish for the ledge!!! Your shower is awesome! We got the slate fireplace. We really liked the stone fireplace to match stone on exterior of house but we didn't want the stone to go to the ceiling.....

  3. Nice selctions! I am also building with Ryan Homes, up a little north of you though, but I grew up in Washington, PA since I was 5 years old, I loved it down there! My parents lived in an older Ryan Homes community from the 70's and sold 2 years ago to build their dream Ryan Home. I was so sad when they sold! You can follow my blog too at http://theroadtovenice.blogspot.com/ we just broke ground a few weeks ago and framing is starting next week! Good luck and happy building!

  5. Hi - Welcome to the blogging family. I just found your blog and am looking forward to following your progress! Your selections look great, I really like the hickory hardwood you chose.

We're building a Ryan Avalon in MD and signed our contract January 6th, however due to some Ryan delays we are not breaking ground until April 1st.

    Happy building!
